There are over 400 vegetables on this poster! I came across it on FastCompany.com. You can actually purchase a print of it here. I’m not sure if this poster will get my boys into eating their vegetables, but as a mom, gardener, and cook, I think it’s pretty cool! As a very visual person, something like this might reinforce a healthy eating lifestyle. While getting pulled in a million directions with my business, family, and activities, maybe staring at over 400 vegetables once a day will make me healthier just through osmosis…maybe??
