All aspects of Connie’s on-line presence have to do with empowerment for people to grow and flourish 411formoms is specifically for working Moms to belong to a community where information is shared. So together we can accomplish and give back more to the beautiful world around us.
Connie has more than 29 years of management, sales and training experience in the banking, financial services and insurance industries. She is widely recognized for her ability to integrate within a firm’s culture and create practical training, sales management and coaching solutions that have consistently generated increased sales and revenues for her clients.
During her career, she has acted as a strong leader and sales manager skilled in creating environments that encourage synergistic activities. With proven experience in developing effective business plans, creating long-range strategic focus and devising innovative methods to grow sales, increase market share and profit. She is skilled in formatting informational material and implementing training processes to develop and expand account relationships and personal development. She has shared her expertise with firms ranging in size from community institutions, to some of the largest financial services providers in the country.
Connie holds an MBA from Monmouth University and a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University; and is the CEO of her own consulting firm, Whitman & Associates, LLC. She is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Bar Association Advisory Council at Brookdale Community College for over fifteen years. In addition, she holds professional licenses with the State of New Jersey’s Department of Banking & Insurance.
Her nights and weekends are spent at the local hockey rink, where she has the privilege of watching her two boys play hockey. 
They are both goal tenders and are passionate about the game, their teams and the challenge of working hard to keep the puck out of the net in order to help the team win the game, with grace and respect. Connie loves being a hockey Mom and being a part of such a wonderful committed, passionate community.
The one word that clearly identifies who Connie is and how she lives her life would be passionate. She lives her life filled with high, positive energy. Her goal has always been to inspire others to grow and become better at their passions and to share her knowledge and expertise of sales, service and coaching to her clients.
Connie’s finance and banking background help her relate to everyone she speaks with to help them with the struggles in the economy, balancing work and family and staying motivated when media usually revolves around sadness and desperation. 30 years in financial sales, sales management and being a business owner has taught Connie how to be productive and focused in order to achieve her clearly defined goals.
